Walk-in || Export Documentation Executive

Role & responsibilities

- Prepare and process pre-shipment and post-shipment export documentation.

- Coordinate with the Production team to ensure timely production, dispatch, and delivery of export orders.

- Conduct factory visits for material inspection, quality verification, and container loading supervision.

- Ensure compliance with export regulations, customs laws, and destination-country requirements.

- Coordinate with freight forwarders, Customs House Agents (CHA), shipping lines, and transporters to ensure smooth shipment execution.

- Handle export documentation in accordance with applicable Incoterms and shipment requirements.

- Track shipments and provide timely updates on shipment status, schedules, and delivery progress.

- Ensure timely submission of export documents to banks in accordance with banking and trade finance requirements.

- Maintain accurate records of export documentation, shipment details, and related correspondence.
