Hiring: AR Callers US Healthcare - Denial Management

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) for US healthcare providers.
• Work on denial management and take prompt actions to resolve denials.
• Review assigned work orders accurately.
• Follow up with insurance carriers to check claim status and ensure timely processing.
• Track outstanding claims and obtain payment information once processed.
• Analyze rejected claims and take corrective action.
• Ensure all deliverables meet the required quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1 years of experience to Maximum 2 years of Experience in AR Calling, Denial Management, Web Portal navigation, and Denied Claims handling.
• Work From Office only.
• Immediate joiners or candidates currently serving notice period preferred.
• Must have complete documents (Education certificates, Offer letters, Payslips, Relieving letters, etc.).

• Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
• Time: 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM

Work Location:2nd Floor Elnet Software City, Block No. 2 & 9, Rajiv Gandhi Salai (IT Corridor / OMR), Near Tidelpark footover bridge,Taramani, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, 600113.

Cab facility available up to 30 km radius.Shift
