Walk-In Drive | AR Caller - US Healthcare (Medical Billing)
Location: Chennai
Work Mode: Work From Office
Shift: Night Shift (US Shift)
Job Responsibilities
- Follow up with insurance companies on outstanding claims.
- Handle claim denials, rejections, and appeals.
- Verify claim status and ensure timely reimbursement.
- Meet productivity and quality targets.
- Document call outcomes and update billing systems accurately.
Eligibility
- Minimum 1+ years of AR Calling experience in US Healthcare.
- Strong knowledge of denial management and insurance follow-up.
- Good communication skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Experience in Physician/Profee AR is an added advantage.
