Job Title: Executive Home Medical Equipment Services

Workdays: Monday to Friday (5-Day Work in a Week)
Shift Timing: Fixed Night Shift (9:30 PM to 6:30 AM)
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive to join our Home Medical Equipment Services team. This role involves managing data records, analysing work-related documents, and coordinating with teams to ensure seamless operational workflows. We are open to training fresh graduates with strong communication skills, as well as onboarding experienced professionals from the international KPO/BPO or US Healthcare domains.
Key Responsibilities
For Freshers:

• Documentation & Execution: Read, analyse, and process work-related documents to execute instructions independently.
• Communication Management: Actively monitor emails and MS Teams chats, ensuring prompt correspondence with relevant domestic and global employees.
• Productivity Tracking: Log and report daily productivity accurately within the company software.
• Data Management: Take ownership of maintaining, organizing, and securing data records.
• Team Collaboration: Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within a fast-paced team environment while managing individual deliverables.
• Quality Standards: Consistently meet performance benchmarks regarding both quality and quantity as per industry standards.
• Adaptability: Remain flexible to undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as per operational requirements.

For Experienced Candidates (Additional Responsibilities):

• US Healthcare Knowledge: Utilize basic understanding of US Healthcare medical terminology, workflows, and payor structures.
• Insurance Proficiency: Navigate and verify details from the portal related to Medicare, Medicaid, IPAs, Health Plans and Medicare Advantage plans.
• System Utilization: Demonstrate strong working knowledge of Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and various insurance payor portals.
• Workflow Flexibility: Multi-task efficiently under pressure and show flexibility to work occasional weekends during high-volume periods (compensated accordingly). Knowledge of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) operations is a strong advantage.

Requirements & Must-Haves

• Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written fluency in the English language is mandatory.
• Technical Literacy: Strong computer proficiency is required, with compulsory working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
• Work Style: Strong analytical capability, high attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
