Role & responsibilities : Verbal communication/ articulate/ polished: strong oral and written communication skills must be able to communicate with clients through calls .

• Flexible to work on night shifts. (24*7 timings)
• Work ethic: Accountability/ownership
• Quick learner and able to deal with change management and adapt quickly.
• Strong reporting skills using MS Office applications ( Word, Excel, & PowerPoint )
• Should be flexible in shifts & can prioritize and work on multiple tasks.
• Experience operating in a collaborative team environment
