Job Description:-

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain proper filing and documentation of all inward and outward material records.
• Handle manpower utilization and daily shop-floor coordination effectively.
• Conduct month-end raw material physical stock verification and reconciliation.
• Maintain separate storage for rejection materials
• Communicate dispatch details to concerned departments after material dispatch.
• Arrange raw materials as per BOM/Kitting Sheet and issue materials to Production/job work activities.
• Maintain and control Returnable DC records accurately.
• Maintain accurate Job Work records and documentation.
• Maintain good housekeeping and proper storage practices in stores.
• Ensure timely issue of materials against approved indents and complete accounting in SAP.
• Ensure 100% transaction compliance as per dispatch checklist.
• Perform all material transactions in SAP against IOF accurately.
• Ensure timely material supply to production lines and subcontractors for uninterrupted operations.
• Support and coordinate with all departments during internal and external audits.

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of Stores, Inventory, and Logistics operations
• Experience in SAP material transactions
• Good understanding of BOM, GRN, DC, and Job Work processes
• Inventory control and stock reconciliation skills
