Fortune Gourmet Specialities Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its team and inviting talented professionals to attend Walk-in Interviews for the position of:

EXECUTIVE SALES CUM STORES COORDINATOR

Location: New Delhi

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com preferred

Experience: 2–8 years in Sales Coordination / Stores Coordination / Order Processing / FMCG / Food & Beverage industry preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Handle sales enquiries and customer orders through calls and emails
• Process sales orders in ERP/system
• Coordinate with Sales, Stores and Finance teams
• Assist with RFQs and prepare/send quotations
• Coordinate stock availability and order fulfilment
• Communicate stock-related updates to the Sales Team and customers
• Support smooth order processing and maintain customer satisfaction
• Maintain required MIS and reports
• Ensure timely follow-up and coordination with internal and external stakeholders

Key Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office and Advanced Excel
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills
• Proactive and problem-solving approach
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills

COMPENSATION & EMPLOYMENT DETAILS

Maximum Net Take-Home: 25,000 – 30,000 per month

The offered compensation will depend on the candidate's experience, skills, overall suitability and interview performance.
