Walk-in || Executive - PPC& Planning

We are looking for a detail-oriented candidate to handle PPC, PDI coordination, production planning, and system-related activities. The role will primarily involve system work, maintaining production data, updating records, preparing reports, and coordinating with different departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day PPC and production planning activities.
• Update production and PDI-related data in the system.
• Prepare daily production, planning, and PDI reports.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, and Dispatch departments.
• Monitor production schedules and update production status.
• Track vehicle/product status from production to PDI.
• Maintain accurate system records and documentation.
• Prepare daily and monthly MIS reports using MS Excel.
• Follow up with concerned departments on pending production/PDI activities.
• Ensure accuracy of data entered into the system.
• Perform other PPC and planning-related tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Experience in PPC, PDI, Production Planning, or MIS.
• Good computer and data-entry skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of ERP/MIS or production-related software.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to maintain and analyse production data.

Qualification

• Any Graduate / Diploma.
• Candidates with relevant experience in PPC, PDI, Production Planning, MIS, or ERP operations will be preferred.
