About the role
Join our National Command Centre (NCC), which monitors and coordinates chauffeur-driven and corporate car bookings in real time. You will track live bookings, coordinate with drivers and customers, and resolve issues quickly so trips run on time.

What youll do

• Track live bookings and trips on our system
• Call drivers and customers to confirm pickups and updates
• Escalate and resolve delays,no-shows and breakdowns
• Update booking status and keep accurate records

Who can apply

• Fresh graduates in any stream
• Good spoken Hindi and English
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Willing to work rotational shifts, including nights
