Walk-in || Executive - Operations

CAMS Pay is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Merchant Onboarding Executives to support the onboarding and activation of merchants onto our payment platform. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a customer-centric approach. Fresh graduates with a keen interest in fintech and digital payments are preferred for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist merchants with the onboarding process.
• Verify KYC and onboarding documents.
• Coordinate with merchants via calls and emails for required information.
• Ensure timely merchant activation.
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems.
• Work with internal teams to resolve onboarding issues.
• Track onboarding progress and follow up on pending tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
