Position Overview:

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage sales and purchase data, handle invoice entry within Digeca, and assist in tracking collections and order executions. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate real-time data maintenance and streamline administrative support for our daily sales operations.

Responsibilities:

• Invoicing in Digeca and regularizing purchase invoices.
• Update and reconcile stock data accurately in Excel.
• Prepare sales orders and follow up on order execution.
• Document sales transactions and prepare analytical MIS reports at regular intervals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in MIS, data entry, or sales coordination (experience in the steel, iron, or manufacturing sector is preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical abilities.
