JOB PROFILE- Executive - HR

Reporting to Assistant Manager/Dy. Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.

Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interview schedules.

Manage offer rollout, salary negotiation, documentation, and joining formalities.

Handle the complete employee onboarding process for new joiners.

Ensure timely documentation, and onboarding formalities.

Maintain and update candidate and employee records in HR systems.

Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure a smooth joining and onboarding experience.

Prepare regular recruitment and onboarding reports and track hiring status.
