Salary: range CTC 25,000 to 35,000 per month
Job Summary
We are looking for a HR Recruiter to support recruitment activities, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, references, and social media platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining formalities.
• Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding documents.
• Support recruitment drives and hiring campaigns.
• Prepare basic recruitment MIS reports.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing methods, especially Naukri.com, for candidate sourcing and recruitment.
• Basic interviewing skills
• MS Excel and MS Office proficiency
• Strong follow-up and coordination abilities

Qualification
Graduate in any discipline. BBA/MBA (HR) preferred but not mandatory.
