Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage executive EDP (Electronic Documentation Process) activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  
• Coordinate with various departments to obtain required documents and information for documentation purposes.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all EDP-related activities, including scanning, indexing, and storage of electronic files.
  
• Ensure timely completion of tasks related to EDP management, meeting deadlines as per business needs.
  
• Collaborate with team members to resolve any issues or discrepancies related to document processing.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years' experience in an executive role within the pharmaceutical industry.
  
• Strong understanding of computer knowledge, MS Office Outlook proficiency, and basic English communication skills.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
