Position: Executive - Customer service

Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle outbound renewal premium payment calls and provide correct information regarding policies.
• Motivate customers to pay the due renewal premium on time.
• Convince customers to revive their overdue or lapsed policies by explaining policy benefits.
• Meet the process target.
• Follow predefined scripts and processes to manage customer queries.
• Capture 100% of calling dispositions and customer feedback in the system.
• Adhere to quality parameters of the process and meet all the KPIs.
• Adhere to company guidelines and maintain a professional and courteous approach while dealing with customer calls.
• Collaborate with team members and highlight issues to meet service standards.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

Education & Experience Requirements

• Any graduate.
• Less than 2 year of relevant experience in the insurance domain, or freshers from any industry are welcome to apply.
