Walk-in || Executive Assistant To Managing Director

Role & responsibilities

• Provide administrative and executive support to the Managing Director.
• Manage the MD's calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel plans.
• Prepare reports, presentations, MOMs, and business correspondence.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external clients.
• Track follow-ups and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Maintain confidential documents and records.
• Handle executive communications and daily operational support.
• Assist the MD in strategic and administrative activities.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate (B.Com/BBA preferred).
• 2-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
• Proficient in MS Office and email communication.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
• High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
• Smart, proactive, and presentable personality.
