We are looking for a smart, proactive, and well-organized Executive Assistant to support our MD in day-to-day business activities.

Location: SH 12 Road, Shikarpura Rd, Near Police Station, Sanganer, Jaipur 302029

Salary: 20,000 – 30,000/month
Qualification: Graduate
Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in any field/designation

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the MD’s schedule, meetings & appointments
  • Coordinate with departments and follow up on assigned tasks
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports & MIS
  • Handle emails, calls & official communication
  • Maintain meeting notes and task updates
  • Support the MD in day-to-day business activities
  • Travel with the MD as required for business meetings, visits, and other official work

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline
Minimum 2+ years of work experience in any field/designation
Good communication skills in Hindi & English
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint
Strong coordination & follow-up skills
Smart, presentable, proactive & responsible
Willingness to travel with the MD as per business requirements
Good organizational and time-management skills
