Role & responsibilities

• Understand client and hiring manager requirements for IT positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, Naukri, referrals, social media, and internal databases.
• Schedule and coordinate technical and  interviews.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
• Negotiate salary packages and facilitate offer rollouts.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases.
