Walk-in || Executive- Alternative Investment Fund

Position : Executive/ AM

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• MBA Finance, CA Inter, CFA Level I, or NISM certifications preferred.
• 1-5 years of experience in AIF, Mutual Fund, Fund Accounting, Investment Operations, or Financial Services.

Required Skills

• Understanding of Alternative Investment Funds and investment products.
• Knowledge of fund accounting, NAV calculation, and reconciliations.
• Familiarity with SEBI regulations and financial market operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Basic Knowledge

Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs)

• Understanding of SEBI AIF Regulations.
• Knowledge of Category I, Category II, and Category III AIFs.

Fund structure including Sponsor, Investment Manager, Trustee, Custodian, and Investors

Job Description:

1. Investor Operations

• Investor onboarding and KYC.
• Knowledge of CKYC / KRA / AML / PMLA
• Capital calls and drawdowns.
• Distribution processing.
• Investor reporting and statement generation.
• Unit allotment and redemption processing.

Investor Services

• Handle investor onboarding and KYC documentation.
• Prepare and distribute investor statements, capital call notices, and distribution notices.
• Respond to investor queries and provide operational support.
• Maintain investor communication records and service standards.

• Reporting & MIS
• Prepare operational MIS reports and fund performance reports.
• Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and operational metrics.
• Identify exceptions and escalate operational risks promptly.
• Support management with ad-hoc reports and data analysis.
