Walk-in || ERP Executive

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an ERP Executive with hands-on experience in Strategic ERP to manage day-to-day ERP operations and provide support to various departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day operations in Strategic ERP.
• Ensure accurate and timely ERP data entry and updates.
• Coordinate with Accounts, Purchase, Sales, Projects, Stores, HR, and other departments.
• Monitor ERP transactions, workflows, approvals, and pending activities.
• Prepare MIS and ERP reports for management.
• Provide user support and resolve ERP-related issues.
• Coordinate with ERP software vendors/support teams for technical issues and enhancements.
• Maintain and verify master data, including vendors, customers, projects, inventory, etc.
• Assist in ERP implementation, testing, process improvements, and system upgrades.
• Train users on ERP modules and ensure proper system usage.
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for better ERP utilization.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in B.Com / BBA / MBA / IT / Computer Applications or relevant field.
• 2 to7 years of experience in Strategic ERP is preferred.
• Good knowledge of ERP processes and business workflows.
• Strong MS Excel and MIS reporting skills.
• Experience in construction / infrastructure / real estate will be an advantage.
• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
