About this role
We are conducting a Walk-In Drive for Manual Tester Capital Markets and are looking for professionals with 1 - 3 years of experience as Equity Dealers / Trading Operations professionals who are interested in transitioning into Manual Testing / QA within the Capital Markets domain.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong capital markets and trading domain knowledge who want to build a career in Software Testing / Quality Assurance.
Criteria
Exp: 1 - 3 Years
(Education)
Eligible: BTech / BCA / MBA / BSC / BE / PGDM / MCA / MTech / Masters or equivalent
Not Eligible: B. Com / BAF / BMS / BA
Role & responsibilities
- Understand business requirements and capital market workflows.
- Perform manual testing of trading and capital market applications.
- Prepare and execute test cases and test scenarios.
- Perform functional, regression, smoke and sanity testing.
- Validate order management, trade processing and related workflows.
- Identify, document and track defects.
- Work with development and business teams for issue resolution.
- Apply existing capital market domain knowledge to software testing activities.
Technical testing training will be provided, making this role suitable for professionals looking to transition from Equity Dealing / Trading Operations to Manual Testing / QA.

- Equity Dealing / Equity Trading
- Retail & Institutional Order Handling
- Equity & Derivatives Trading
- OMS / RMS / Trading Applications
- Margin & Risk Management
- Compliance & Trading Operations
- Clearing, Settlement & Reconciliation
- NSE / BSE Day-to-Day Operations
Experience with trading platforms such as ODIN, NEST, Greek Soft, OmneNest or similar OMS/RMS/trading systems will be an advantage.
