Walk-in || Equity Advisor

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for generating brokerage revenue by advising clients on their equity and investment portfolio.
• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships to improve retention and expand wallet share.
• Stay updated with market trends, investment opportunities, and product knowledge to provide meaningful advisory support.
• Execute buy/sell orders on behalf of clients with pre-trade and post-trade confirmation.
• Ensure all activities are carried out in compliance with regulatory and risk guidelines.
• Handle inbound and outbound client interactions to enhance business opportunities.
• Cross-sell third-party investment products (Excluding insurance)
• Generating leads through clients referral

Support channel teams by conducting product and advisory awareness activities.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education:
• Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA (Proffered)
• NISM 8 Certificate (Mandatory)
• Experience: Minimum 1 year and above in BFSI / Broking / Financial Advisory / Dealing Desk.
• Skills & Competencies:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of equity markets and investment products.
• Customer centric mindset with problem-solving ability.
• Target-driven, proactive, and revenue-focused approach.
• Ability to build and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Knowledge of trading platforms, order execution, and compliance norms
