Walk-in || English Subject Matter Expert

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and deliver high-quality English subject content aligned with the school curriculum and academic objectives.
• Design lesson plans, worksheets, study materials, question papers, assignments, and assessments for students.
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and age-appropriate language across all academic content.
• Teach and mentor students to strengthen their English language, grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, and communication skills.
• Conduct regular assessments and analyze student performance to identify learning gaps and improvement areas.
• Provide academic guidance and support to teachers on effective English teaching methodologies and classroom practices.
• Review and improve existing academic content, ensuring it meets quality standards and curriculum requirements.
• Develop engaging activities, exercises, and innovative teaching strategies to improve student participation and learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with academic teams, teachers, and management to plan and execute academic programs.
• Conduct teacher training sessions, workshops, and subject-specific orientation programs when required.
• Monitor academic progress and provide constructive feedback to students and teachers.
• Stay updated with the latest curriculum trends, teaching methodologies, and developments in English language education.
• Support the academic team in developing question banks, examination papers, answer keys, and evaluation frameworks.
• Maintain consistency and quality in English curriculum delivery across campuses.
• Contribute to academic initiatives, events, competitions, and language-development programs.
