Walk-in || English Faculty

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct English classes as per the prescribed syllabus.
• Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials.
• Engage students through interactive teaching methods and classroom activities.
• Help students improve their English language proficiency, grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills.
• Encourage students to participate in discussions, presentations, and other language-based activities.
• Develop students' confidence in spoken English and professional communication.
• Conduct tests, evaluate assignments, and assess student performance.
• Monitor students' academic progress and provide guidance for improvement.
• Maintain attendance records and academic documentation.
• Maintain classroom discipline and ensure effective teaching and learning.
• Participate in faculty meetings and other academic activities as required.
  

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in English or a relevant discipline.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Strong communication, teaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage students and create an interactive learning environment.
• Ability to help students improve their language proficiency and overall communication skills.
• Patient, approachable, and capable of handling students with different learning levels.
• Prior teaching experience is preferred.
• Punctual, responsible, and committed to academic duties.
