Walk-in || Engineering Recruiter

Role & responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer rollout.

Sourcing Strategy: Leverage multiple sourcing channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and networking to build a strong talent pipeline.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements, define job specifications, and align on hiring timelines.

Candidate Management: Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and engagement.

Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and feedback closure.

MIS & Reporting: Track and maintain recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline status, and offer-to-join ratios.

Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal team members and support team hiring goals and targets.
