Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Recruiter to handle engineering recruitment requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand engineering JDs and identify suitable candidates.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, notice period, and salary.
• Handle multiple requirements and ensure timely submissions.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates until joining.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
• Achieve submission and closure targets.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in Engineering / Technical Recruitment.
• Exposure to Mechanical, Automotive, Embedded, Electrical/Electronics, Manufacturing, Aerospace, CAD/CAE or related domains.
• Experience in engineering staffing/recruitment is preferred.

Required Skills: Strong sourcing, screening, communication, follow-up, and candidate management skills.
