Walk-in || Engineering Manager Digital

What you'll do:
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of software engineers
Design and oversee scalable backend and full-stack architectures
Stay hands-on, contributing code to critical projects
Partner with Product, DevOps, and QA to deliver seamlessly
Make key decisions on tech stack, design patterns, and engineering practices
Drive continuous improvement in processes, quality, and delivery
What we're looking for:
1214 years in software engineering, including 8–10 years leading teams 
Strong skills in Go/Python, React, and modern web frameworks
Deep experience with AWS and/or Azure.
Solid grounding in SQL/NoSQL databases, performance optimization, and scalability
Experience managing complex releases across agile and waterfall
A track record of leading digital, member- or customer-facing applications
Excellent communication skills with both technical and business audie Role & responsibilities
