Roles and Responsibilities

vDevelops new and expands existing High Net worth Customer relationships for liabilities (SA driven) and commercial assets vSources new bank customers through external individual efforts and acquisition channel v Ensures high levels of customer service orientation and application of bank policy. vCross-sells bank products to existing set of branch customers, which are mapped vInforms customers of new products or product enhancements further to expand the banking relationship. vPlans and conducts special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clients. vCoordinates with other group companies to provide seamless access to other products. vMaintains complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts. vTracks customer complaints/queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction

Desired Candidate Profile

vDeveloping and maintaining banking relationships with a select group of high net worth customers through individualized customer service. vVery good understanding of Commercial Assets like CC, OD, TL, Export Finance vUnderstanding of Mutual Funds and Insurance is an added advantage vGraduate 4- 6 years of experience vPost Graduate 2 - 4 years of experience Customer orientation
