Walk-in || Electrical Technician

• Taking handover from Shift technicians
• Taking rounds of facilities periodically and observing issues (if any) rectification of same.
• Reporting safety related observations to operations head and EHS head.
• Operations of Utility equipment based on the Lab and Office User requirement.
• Recording Electricity, Water Consumption, BMS meter details on daily basis.
• Executing the in-house maintenance based on the PPM schedule.
• Supporting for the loading and transfer of ETP water to CETP.
• Attending breakdown maintenance and maintaining complaints register.
• Periodically inspection of Lab and Office infrastructure and rectification (If any)
• Escorting External AMC vendors and ensuring the vendors doing maintenance as per the EHS and Standard maintenance protocols.
• Support in implementation of EHS practices at labs and office.
• Ensure the Availability of work permit before starting of any work.
• Support Operations team during Execution of Infrastructure project, Ensure safety at site
• Receiving materials based on the PO and verifying the quantity.
• Activation and Deactivation of Employees lab and office access based on the request from Manager
• Checking CCTV footage on daily basis.
• Maintaining PPM report, Daily inspection checklist, Calibration report.
• Supervise and guide MSTs during shift operations.
• Operating and maintenance of Scrubber, Blower, Gas Bank, Fume Hood, ETP, Ro Plant, UF Plant, HVAC, Fire Protection system, Rest room sensors, Electrical Panels, DBs, UPS System, Compressor.Role & responsibilities
