JOB DESCRIPTION: TECHNICIAN (FRESHER

Department: Production
Location: Head Office, 202204 Unity Estate, Near Batliboi, Bhestan, Surat 395023
Qualification: ITI Electrician / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Experience: Fresher / Entry Level

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in electrical panel assembly and component mounting.
  
• Perform control and power wiring as per drawings.
  
• Measure, cut, route, and terminate wires under supervision.
  
• Assist with earthing, ferrules, labels, and panel preparation.
  
• Support QC inspection and rectification of observations.
  
• Coordinate with Store and Drawing Departments for materials and labels.
  
• Assist in panel packing, loading/unloading, and workshop activities.
  
• Maintain housekeeping and follow safety procedures.
  
• Learn electrical drawings, panel wiring, testing, and basic troubleshooting.
  

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of electrical components and wiring.
  
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
  
• Good teamwork and discipline.
  
• Basic problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability to work on the shop floor.
