Walk-in || Electrical and Maintenance Engineer

Key Responsibilities

1. Ensure effective maintenance of all machinery and utility equipment across the factory.
2. Carry out preventive maintenance (PM) activities for all machines as per the scheduled plan.
3. Train machine operators on preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance procedures.
4. Maintain machine-wise maintenance records and spare parts inventory.
5. Support production operations by minimizing machine breakdowns and ensuring planned production targets are achieved.
6. Implement energy-saving initiatives and provide training to employees on energy conservation practices.
7. Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements related to the Electricity Board.
8. Drive process improvements, equipment development, and plant safety initiatives.
9. Promote a strong safety culture to achieve zero accidents in the workplace.
10. Ensure compliance with all legal requirements related to Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS).
11. Maintain maintenance documentation and records in accordance with the Quality Management System (QMS).
12. Lead and manage the maintenance team through goal setting, performance reviews, mentoring, and coaching.
13. Provide electrical and PLC troubleshooting/support across the organization.
14. Work with SAP for maintenance-related activities and documentation.
