We are Hiring | Sr. Executive Recruitment (High-Volume Hiring)
Location: Marol, Mumbai

Working Days - 5 days working (2 Sat Off, 2 Sat working from Home)

Time - 9.30 to 6.30 PM

What Youll Do
Drive end-to-end recruitment for white-collar roles such as:
Frontline Sales
Trainers
Placement Managers
Operations & delivery teams
Manage pan-India & multi-location hiring with 1015 closures per month

Execute strong on-ground sourcing via:
Walk-ins
Local institutes & colleges
Employee referrals
WhatsApp & social hiring networks
Work closely with business teams to meet aggressive hiring timelines

What Were Looking For
3 to 5 years of recruitment experience with high-volume hiring exposure
Background in RPO, BPO, Skill Development, Training, or EdTech preferred

Hiring in Bulk Experience is Must (min Closure 25 to 30 PM)
Proven track record of individual contributor hiring
Hands-on, field-driven recruiter (not desk-only sourcing)
