• Expertise in the field of Electrical wiring harness design and development, data management, co-ordination
• Study and give feedback on Feature list, VC list, market territory, project time plan, build time plan & Benchmark vehicles, PMXU
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Creation of concepts for packaging feasibility
• Knowledge of sheet metal bracket, grommet, plastic channel
• Harness cost estimations
• Design gateways
• DMU analysis
• Knowledge of wiring harness packaging, EE components, schematics, wiring harness drawing
• Receive targets for wiring harness quality, cost, warranty, aesthetics, VLO targets, PAT targets
• EE BOM from EE Int (New / Carryover E&E Aggregate list, wherever carry over should have TML P/N)
• Study New / Carryover E&E Aggregate list from EE Integration
• Prepare wiring harness development time plan
• Weekly Review of WH development plan and update in Dashboard
• Tear Down & Benchmarking study
• Topology proposals (5 proposals)
• Topology assumption with EE Int for estimation
• Identify market homologation requirements
• Identify Design requirements
• Identify project risk/ opportunity and mitigation plan
• Manage Proto Support activities
• Knowledge of SOR
