PROFILE : Customer care executive

responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email.
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets

Eligibility criteria

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass/ Graduate
• Good communication skills.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.

SALARY

• Fresher -16,500 in-hand
• Experienced - 18,000 in-hand

Its depend on the interview. your salary will be decided based on your interview performance
