Walk-in || E Commerce Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update product listings on Shopify (images, pricing, descriptions)
• Track and fulfill online orders, coordinate with logistics partners
• Handle customer queries via WhatsApp, website chat, or email
• Liaise with our social media agency for product launches, promotions, and campaigns
• Monitor inventory to ensure products are in stock both online and offline
• Generate weekly sales reports and track key e-commerce metrics
• Coordinate with store team and backend operations for stock syncing
• Assist with uploading content (blogs, banners, product drops) when needed
• Comfortable in supporting e-commerce website launch, including handling plugins, product uploads, photo tagging, and basic website updates.
• Able to list and manage products across online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and other platforms, ensuring accurate product details and listings.
