Walk-in || DVA Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Dimensional Variation Analysis (DVA) Senior Engineer with strong expertise in 3DCS, tolerance analysis, and vehicle dimensional systems. The candidate will be responsible for conducting DVA studies, developing dimensional models, mentoring engineers, and collaborating with Product Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Dimensional Variation Analysis (DVA) studies using 3DCS v7.8.
• Develop new DVA models and utilize existing vehicle-level/local dimensional models.
• Conduct DVA studies to validate Local Alignment Measurement (LAM) tolerances for new vehicle programs.
• Perform tolerance analysis and dimensional variation studies for vehicle systems.
• Support dimensional system development across Front, Side, Rear, and Underbody areas.
• Ensure all inputs, manufacturing processes, tolerances, and dimensional requirements are correctly understood and accurately incorporated into DVA models.
• Coordinate planned DVA activities with DVA Leads and ensure correlation with reference DVA results.
• Work closely with Product Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to resolve dimensional and tolerance-related issues.
• Prepare and present clear summaries of DVA study results to relevant stakeholders.
• Act as a technical mentor for DVA engineers and provide technical guidance to the team.
