Eligibility & Experience

• Graduation in any discipline (Mandatory)
• RTA / WFM – Analyst, Senior Analyst & Specialist: 1–5 years of relevant RTA/WFM experience preferred
• Reporting Analyst / Senior Analyst: 1–4 years of relevant MIS & WFM Reporting experience; BPO experience preferred
• AM – Reporting: 4+ years of Reporting experience with Advanced Excel, Power BI & Automation preferred
• Planning Specialist: 2+ years of relevant WFM Planning experience preferred
• AM – Scheduling: 4+ years of WFM Scheduling experience mandatory
• Senior Manager – Planning: 8+ years of experience in WFM Scheduling, Capacity Planning & Forecasting mandatory
• Strong communication and analytical skills

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong understanding of WFM tools and processes
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
