Open Enrollment support
Benefits administration and configuration
Requirement gathering and documentation
Issue resolution and process improvement
US Payroll / Garnishment
End-to-end US payroll processing
Wage garnishment administration
Payroll tax and compliance knowledge
Employee payroll queries resolution
Payroll audits and reconciliation
Experience with payroll systems and reporting
