We are hiring for SPE -Customer support and have scheduled a Walk-In Drive at Chennai / Coimbatore/ Bangalore office.

Coimbatore Location:

Cognizant, Chill Special Economic Zone, Keeranatham, CHIL SEZ Road, Saravanampatti, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu 641035

Venue : Food Court

Drive POC : Gokul/Raguvaran

Bangalore Location:

Cognizant, Embassy Manyata Business park, Outer ring road, Karnataka - 560045

Venue:F3 building, Ground floor

Drive POC : Adil /Muskan 

Things to Carry:

• Experience Range -1-4 Years (Inbound international Calls)
• Shift timings - Night Shift(Expecting to be flexible as per BU discretion/Schedules)
• Mode of Work - Work from Office
• Notice Period -Immediate
• Additional expectations - Excellent Communications

• Mandatory Skills - Any International Voice process

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Any international call handling experience
