Job Location: Bangalore

Qualification: Any Graduates - Full time Graduates

Experience: 4-8 Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 45 days

Shift Timings: Flexible for shifts(5 days WFO)

Job Level: 4A/4B

Designation: Senior Process Lead/ Process Lead

Note:

• Candidates who are available in Bangalore only preferred for walk-In.
• Ecommerce or Retail industry experience mandatory.
• Team Leading mandatory.

Key Activities / Deliverables:

• Triage fraud alerts and exception queues
• Analyze transaction anomalies and patterns
• Conduct proactive fraud investigations
• Build case documentation and evidence
• Collaborate with stakeholders for resolution
• Generate fraud reports and insights
• Provide reporting to give insights to senior leadership focusing on call for action
• Carry out one-off analysis for investigations
• Expected to work in US shifts on weekdays

Experience:

• 3-6 years in fraud/risk analytics
• Should have delivered business value projects in fraud and abuse prevention space.
• Demonstrated experience in owning and running projects independently
• Knowledge of retail/ fraud & loss prevention/ alarm monitoring and detection
• 4-8 years of total work experience. The experience should include: -
• 3 + years of experience in preferably in retail industry

Skills:

• Strong Fraud detection techniques and case management experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Documentation and compliance
• Leverage data to identify opportunity areas. Ability to effectively communicate the business problem, solutions, and results through dashboards
• Ability to process large amounts of data to derive insights and identify patterns
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint
• Advanced skills in Deep dive and Root cause analysis
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent oral & verbal skills in English to contact customers via. calls, & emails
• Ability to work with stakeholders and bring a project to completion

Qualification: Bachelors degree or higher in Engineering/ Statistics / Mathematics / Economics / Operations Management / Computer Science/ Business Management / Commerce
