Relationship Manager Tele Sales (Loan/NBFC) | Walk-in Drive - 07th Sept to 11th Sept, 2026.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle loan applications that come in from our channel partners
• Manage the whole loan process from the first customer call to final disbursal
• Talk to customers, understand what they need, and collect the right information
• Be quick to respond and easy to reach for customers
• Check loan applications carefully and make sure all rules and criteria are followed
• Follow company guidelines and maintain 100% compliance
• Work with the documentation team to collect and verify papers
• Coordinate with the Credit, Quality Check, and Operations teams
• Call customers and explain the loan process step-by-step, from application to disbursal
• Complete daily tasks on time and meet deadlines (TAT)
• Guide and support customers like a trusted advisor, not just a salesperson

Who Can Apply

• Freshers with good communication skills and a finance background (B.Com or Masters in Finance) can apply
• Candidates with 6 months1 year of experience in a bank or NBFC, who've handled customers from lead to loan disbursal, will have an edge
• Comfortable talking to customers and selling financial products/services
• Good at speaking clearly and building trust with customers over calls
• Regular and punctual at work
• Self-driven and motivated to hit targets and earn incentives
• Knowing the basics of loans or credit (not compulsory for freshers, but a plus)
