Job Description

We are looking for an experienced RCM Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hiring for Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) roles and be capable of managing the complete recruitment life cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for RCM requirements.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media platforms.
• Hire for positions such as:
• AR Caller
• Payment Posting Associate
• Pre-Authorization Executive
• Medical Coder
• Denial Management Executive
• Charge Entry Associate
• Medical Billing Specialist
• Team Leads and Trainers within RCM
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage offer rollouts and onboarding activities.
• Maintain recruitment databases and trackers.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in RCM hiring/recruitment.
• Experience hiring for AR Calling, Payment Posting, Pre-Auth, Medical Billing, Denial Management, and related RCM functions.
• Strong sourcing and screening skills.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment portals.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Eligibility

• Minimum 1 year of relevant RCM recruitment experience.
• Immediate joiners or candidates serving a short notice period preferred.
• Willing to work from Hyderabad in a day-shift environment.
• Open to both Contractual and On-Rolls employment opportunities.
