Role & responsibilities :

• Acquiring new customers who meet product criteria and flagging them on the system.
• Enhancing relationship profitability through cross-selling products and services.
• Retaining customers by offering the best possible services and ensuring HDFC Bank is the primary banker for these Preferred relationships.
• Managing customer interactions and ensuring optimal levels of Income Generating Product Group Holding (IPGH) are reached.
• Delivering quality customer service and resolving queries within a specified time frame.
• Proactively managing complaints and ensuring timely communication.
• Promoting direct banking channels and ensuring smooth portfolio transitions.
