Position: Deputy Manager - PPC (Production Planning & Control)

Location: Chakan, Pune

Experience: 7-12 Years

Qualification: B.E. / Diploma

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage production planning and scheduling across multiple production lines.
• Ensure end-to-end material flow from receipt through production to customer dispatch.
• Coordinate logistics planning and dispatch execution to meet customer requirements.
• Monitor customer schedules and ensure adherence to delivery commitments.
• Act as the primary interface for customer escalations related to production and delivery.
• Identify capacity bottlenecks and collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering teams for mitigation.
• Drive debottlenecking projects, line balancing, and capacity enhancement initiatives.
• Work closely with Production, Stores, Quality, Procurement, Logistics, and Maintenance teams.
• Optimize inventory levels while ensuring uninterrupted production.
• Knowledge of Theory of Constraints (TOC) and throughput improvement will be preferred.
