Cotiviti India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Team Leaders Operations for our Hyderabad location. If you have proven team leadership experience in an international voice process and are looking for your next opportunity,

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1+ year of Team Leader experience on papers is mandatory.
• Acting Team Lead and Acting SME experience will not be considered.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong people management and team handling experience.
• Hands-on experience managing KRAs, KPIs, and SLAs.
• Exposure to attrition management, shrinkage, and process transitions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Background

• Experience in an International Voice Process is mandatory.
• Domestic voice experience will not be considered.
• US Healthcare experience will be an added advantage.

Important Notes

• Freshers are not eligible.
• Candidates who have attended a Cotiviti interview within the last 6 months are not eligible.
• Eligible candidates can directly walk in to the venue during the specified time.
• The first 200 candidates will be given priority for further consideration.
