Role: Direct Sales Leader (DSL) Agency Channel

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive life insurance sales across Agency/Variable channel.
• Achieve assigned business targets and ensure continuous growth.
• Lead and manage a sales team, ensuring productivity and effectiveness.
• Strengthen channel relationships and support onboarding of sales employees.
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
• Track performance metrics and take corrective actions when required.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Agency Channel.
• Total 5+ years of Life Insurance Sales experience.
• Graduate/Postgraduate preferred.

• Age up to 50 years.
