Role: Direct Sales Leader (DSL) – Agency Channel

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive life insurance sales across the Agency/Variable channel.
• Deliver assigned business targets and ensure consistent growth.
• Lead, coach, and manage a sales team.
• Strengthen channel relationships and support onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory norms.
• Track performance metrics and take corrective action when needed.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Agency Channel.
• Total 5+ years of Life Insurance Sales experience.
• Graduate/Postgraduate preferred.
• Age up to 50 years.
