Position: Agile PMO

Experience- 5- 10 years

Required Qualifications

1) Bachelors degree in Embedded Systems, Electronics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

2) Strong verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams, especially U.S.-based stakeholders, to ensure high-quality delivery of embedded software projects.

3) Minimum 5 years of experience in Agile project management for embedded products/software, with hands-on experience in managing complex development and testing programs. Relevant Agile and project management certifications are strongly preferred, such as: PMI-ACP, PSM, PMP, PSPO.

4) Hands-on experience serving in an Agile PMO, Scrum Master, or Agile project management role, including Agile planning, backlog tracking, sprint execution support, dependency management, and delivery reporting.

5) Strong working knowledge of Agile frameworks and tools, including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Jira, and Azure DevOps/VSTS.

6) Solid understanding of the end-to-end embedded product development lifecycle, including software, hardware, integration, verification, validation, and release management.

7) Proven ability to support Agile software delivery within a hardware-driven waterfall or Phase-Gate environment, balancing iterative software execution with hardware milestone constraints.

8) Demonstrated success in driving execution across a global R&D matrix organization, ensuring delivery against quality, cost, and timeline (QCT) objectives.

9) Excellent communication, executive presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence decisions and drive execution.

10) Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, and execution skills, with the ability to drive alignment, resolve issues, and improve delivery discipline in a fast-paced environment.
