Walk-in Drive - Mechanical Design Engineer - INDO-MIM LTD

Role & responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical components from concepts to final stage using CAD tools (SolidWorks and any CAD Software)
• Lead tolerance analysis, FEA, DFM reviews & Prototype validation
• Develop concept, detailed, and assembly designs for SPMs (SolidWorks and any CAD Software).
• Create 3D models and 2D drawings using SolidWorks.
• Perform GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) for manufacturing clarity.
• Conduct tolerance stack-up analysis to ensure proper fit and function.
• Perform design calculations and engineering validation.
• Select appropriate standard components such as bearings, fasteners, motors, actuators, sensors, and linear guides.
• Ensure cost-effective and reliable component selection.
• Prepare BOM, engineering drawings, and design documents.
• Maintain ECN/ECR records and design revisions.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification : GT&TC, Diploma, BE- Mechanical Engineering or related field.
