Sutherland is hiring Freshers and Experienced Candidates (Fresher - 3 Years) for an International Voice Process at our Manikonda, Hyderabad location.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls for international clients.
• Understand customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Deliver professional and effective customer service.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and call quality.
• Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Meet defined productivity and performance targets.
• Resolve customer concerns effectively and escalate issues when required.

Required:

• Freshers to 3 years of experience can apply.
• Experience in International Voice Process / International BPO / Customer Support is preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
• Strong verbal communication and customer-handling skills.
• Good listening, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable handling international customer calls.
• Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts based on business requirements.
